His Excellency the Minister of Supply and Internal Trade has issued a ministerial decree to re-form the Board of Directors of the Internal Trade Development Authority (ITDA), a step aimed at enhancing the efficiency of the trade and logistics system.
The new decree included the appointment of Dr. Mohamed Awad Ibrahim as the Chairman of the Authority's Board. Dr. Awad possesses extensive experience in managing major economic portfolios. The new formation aims to accelerate work on digital transformation projects and electronically link Commercial Registry offices across all governorates of the republic.
In his statements, the Chairman emphasized that the top priority for the new Board is to facilitate services for investors and expand the establishment of logistics zones and strategic warehouses, in line with Egypt Vision 2030 to develop internal trade infrastructure and reduce commodity waste.
